We are a leading media company specializing in OOH, digital, radio, and integrated advertising solutions. With an extensive portfolio of premium platforms and a focus on driving impactful campaigns, we are seeking an experienced Senior Media Sales Executive to join our Dubai team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining relationships with top-tier clients and agencies, ensuring business growth and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development and Client Management
Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities across OOH, online, radio, and client-direct channels.
Develop and maintain relationships with high-level decision-makers at agencies and brands.
Serve as a trusted advisor, offering tailored advertising solutions to meet client objectives.
2. Sales Strategy and Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Proactively pitch advertising packages to clients, demonstrating ROI and value propositions.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
3. Market Insights and Networking
Leverage an extensive network of contacts across media agencies, brands, and direct clients.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitors, offering insights to both clients and internal teams.
Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to enhance visibility.
4. Collaboration and Leadership
Work closely with internal departments (e.g., creative, operations, and planning) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Mentor junior sales team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
Provide regular feedback and reports on client and market activities to the management team.
Key Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in media sales in Dubai, with a proven track record in delivering high-value deals.
Network: Extensive contacts across OOH, online platforms, radio networks, and direct clients.
Sales Skills:
Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and achieve revenue targets.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a consultative selling approach.
Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of Dubai's media landscape and advertising trends.
Familiarity with advertising metrics, campaign performance analysis, and reporting tools.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
