Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our field marketing and sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our services in the field. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of our products/services to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
• Provide regular feedback and insights from the field to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales, marketing, or a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of accounting and tax is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
