Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, acquiring new clients, and developing strategies to increase sales performance in line with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Design and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
• Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor analysis to provide relevant feedback and suggestions.
• Sales Reporting: Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Lead Negotiations: Lead negotiations on pricing and contract terms with new and existing customers to close deals effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and product development to align efforts and ensure consistent messaging.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer records in CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
• Budgeting and Planning: Assist in setting sales targets, budgets, and strategies for product launches and promotions.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven experience in managing large accounts and leading negotiations.
• Experience in international sales or working with global clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
• Preferably European.
• Skills:
