• Extremely aggressive Sales persona, who has a proven track record, have worked in a target-driven sales environment, promoting the Company brand image, products and services.
• Study and evaluate market, geographics, competitors and create Sales strategies and plans.
• Consistent and effective Client engagement by regular visits, understanding needs and anticipating new market opportunities.
• Identify Sales, Goals, Targets and Plans.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding
• Client requirements, identifying market trends, suggesting and implementing system, improvements to achieve/exceed Marketing and Sales goals
• Effectively communicate with team to ensure goals and targets are achieved consistently.
• Engage and manage Clients and key accounts.
• To analyse and review sales data and make actionable decisions based on them to set sales goals.
• Conduct in-depth research of the market and customers to identify prospects and partnerships

Requirements: Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the advertising or media industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of advertising products, services, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
