Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the building material industry and a proven track record of success in sales. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, and contractors.

Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out potential clients.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the building material industry.

At least 3 years of experience working in the UAE market.

Fluent in Russian and English.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, and contractors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
