With a commitment to excellence and a focus on customer satisfaction, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their team.We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our clients sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
