Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:
Identify and target new business opportunities within the interior fit-out sector.
Generate leads, meet potential clients, and present company services.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project managers.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle to ensure successful closure.
Technical Support & Consultation:
Provide technical insights and recommendations to clients based on their project requirements.
Work closely with the design, estimation, and project management teams to develop project proposals and cost estimates.
Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and provide professional advice.
Project Coordination & Follow-up:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Monitor project progress and address any client concerns in coordination with the project team.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and activity reports.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in interior fit-out materials and techniques.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of
3-5 years
experience in sales within the interior fit-out industry.
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, processes, and solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
Proficiency in
design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant tools
for presentations and technical proposals.
Ability to create
professional presentations using Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design software
.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Valid UAE/GCC driving license (if applicable).
