Job Role : Senior Sales Executive - (based on Experience & Performance)

The Senior Sales Executive - Freight Forwarding will be responsible for driving new sales, revenue, building and maintaining client relationships. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and promoting the company's freight and forwarding services in Abu Dhabi market. This role requires a strong sales background, in-depth knowledge of the freight and logistics industry, and experience working in Abu Dhabi UAE.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Business Development:

Identify potential customers and create a sales strategy to target businesses in need of freight forwarding services, including import/export, customs brokerage, and transportation management.

Conduct consultative sales meetings with clients to understand their logistics needs and propose customized freight forwarding solutions.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored freight and forwarding solutions.

Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on shipments, address issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations.

Key Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics or transportation.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field is preferred.

Skills:

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a logistics or freight forwarding environment.

Strong knowledge of freight forwarding services, including air, ocean, road and Customs Clearance

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
