We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales with at least 5 years of experience. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company goals.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Analyze competitor activity and propose strategies to outperform them.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and engage with new potential clients to expand the company's client base.
• Regularly communicate with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Process Management:
• Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Provide accurate forecasts and updates to senior management regarding sales performance.
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the product development and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analysis.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of UAE market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Language: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
