Job Description

The Sales Engineer for the Fire and Safety Services Division will be responsible for driving sales growth, securing new business, and maintaining long-term client relationships within the fire safety sector. This role combines technical expertise with sales ability, and requires someone who can both promote fire and safety services to prospective clients and oversee the regular servicing and maintenance of fire safety systems. The ideal candidate will work to ensure that fire safety systems are up-to-date, compliant, and functional for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in fire and safety services (e.g., fire safety system installations, inspections, testing, and emergency services). Promote and sell fire and safety services, including annual maintenance contracts, fire alarm testing, fire extinguisher servicing, emergency lighting, and other safety-related services. Present tailored solutions to clients based on their needs, technical specifications, and budget. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive campaigns and generate leads for fire and safety services. Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets by closing deals and building strong, lasting relationships. Manage and coordinate the regular maintenance, testing, and servicing of fire safety systems to ensure they meet compliance regulations and standards. Schedule and oversee periodic inspections of fire and safety equipment, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with safety protocols. Resolve issues and complaints related to maintenance services promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption for clients. Maintain service records and documentation for all clients to ensure accurate tracking of services and renewal opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all fire and safety service-related inquiries. Regularly follow up with clients to assess their needs, offer new services, and ensure satisfaction. Offer consultative services to help clients improve their fire safety preparedness and compliance. Provide technical support and advice to clients on fire safety system design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance requirements. Conduct site assessments and audits to recommend the most appropriate fire and safety services and solutions. Assist clients with troubleshooting and emergency response services when necessary. Track and report on sales performance, maintenance activities, and client satisfaction levels. Provide regular updates to the management team on business development progress, service contracts, and market trends. Prepare proposals, quotes, and other sales-related documentation for clients.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree. Proven experience in a sales engineer role, with a focus on fire and safety services or similar industries. Strong technical knowledge of fire safety systems, maintenance procedures, and related standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Strong sales skills, including the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Ability to build long-term client relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings, site assessments, and service visits.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
