Develop and implement effective sales strategies for sheet metal products, including VM material/POP displays/fixtures, server racks and cabinets, electrical enclosures, and panels.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients.
Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met.
Job Requirements:
6 to 8 years of experience in a sales position within the sheet metal sector or related fields (e.g., VM material/POP displays/fixtures, server racks and cabinets, electrical enclosures, and panels).
Proven track record of developing sales channels and growing customer accounts.
In-depth knowledge of the Middle East retail sector, particularly in Electrical Enclosures, Metal Fabrication, and Fire Doors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
Strong understanding of the regional market for low voltage panels, enclosures, and networking infrastructure.
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of sales experience in manufacturing sheet metal.
Familiarity with the UAE market and industry-related requirements.
Exceptional research and networking abilities.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Valid UAE Driving License.
