Role Summary: The Senior Sales Engineer specializing in HVAC and Fire Fighting Systems will serve as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our HVAC and fire protection solutions. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Market Development:
Identify and explore new business opportunities within the Abu Dhabi and Northern Emirates areas.
Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and identify potential target segments for pump products.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to penetrate the market and achieve sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, provide personalized support, and address any technical or commercial concerns.
Understand customer requirements, propose suitable pump solutions, and negotiate contracts to secure sales.
Sales Generation:
Achieve sales targets by actively promoting and selling pump products to customers in the assigned regions.
Conduct sales visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and applications of our pump solutions.
Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and close sales deals.
Technical Expertise:
Develop a deep understanding of our pump products, their technical specifications, and applications.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing their inquiries, conducting product training, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our pumps.
Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any technical issues or challenges.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback in the Abu Dhabi and Northern Emirates areas.
Gather market intelligence, analyze data, and provide regular reports to the sales management team.
Identify opportunities for improvement, propose sales strategies, and contribute to business development initiatives.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the sales team, technical support team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, participate in industry events, and support marketing campaigns.
Provide feedback from the market to the product development team to contribute to product enhancements and innovations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering.
Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the pump industry or related technical field.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi and Northern Emirates market and an existing network of contacts in the region is a plus.
Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
