We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background in our core areas, coupled with exceptional sales skills and an established network in the region.Responsibilities:1. Business Development:-Identify and pursue new business opportunities in AV, Data Center, and ELV sectors in the UAE.-Cultivate relationships with existing and potential clients for market expansion.2. Sales Strategy:-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass targets.-Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.3. Client Management:-Maintain and enhance client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.-Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions based on client needs.4. Technical Expertise:-Offer technical guidance and support throughout the sales process.-Stay updated on advancements in AV, Data Centers, and ELV systems.5. Collaboration and Reporting:-Coordinate with technical and project management teams for successful project delivery.-Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.Qualifications:-Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.-Minimum 5 years of sales experience in AV, Data Centers, or ELV systems.-Extensive network and contacts within the UAE market.Required Skills:-Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.-Independent and team-oriented work approach.-Proficient in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
