Senior Sales Job description
We are Orshana Bespoke Interiors, a company specialising in customizing furniture and
executing interior design projects. We are looking for a motivated Senior Sales
Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the
following:
Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying and cultivating new clients within a specified territory to create sales
opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering personalized
service and assistance.
• Understanding client needs and preferences to recommend suitable furniture
solutions.
• Showcasing and demonstrating furniture products to clients, emphasizing key
features and benefits.
• Creating and presenting sales proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and
closing sales deals.
• Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless
delivery and installation of furniture products.
• Keeping up with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
to identify new business opportunities.
• Using software, maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions,
and sales performance.
• Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company
products and expand the customer base.
• Providing regular feedback to management on market trends, customer
preferences, and sales strategies.
Job Qualifications:
• We seek a candidate with strong academic qualifications, such as a bachelor's
degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Candidates should have at least 5+ years of experience in furniture sales in the
UAE market, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain
client relationships are essential.
• Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic and Russian is
beneficial.
• A deep understanding of furniture products, materials, and design trends is crucial.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite and related software is required.
• The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of
working independently and as part of a team.
• Applicant must have a valid UAE driving license.
