Job Description

The Senior Sales Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the sales operations, ensuring seamless communication between the sales team, customers, and other departments. The role involves coordinating and executing sales strategies, monitoring customer orders, and managing key accounts. The Senior Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in achieving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

:

Sales and Order Coordination

: Coordinate the processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, and delivery timelines. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure the efficient fulfillment of orders.

Customer Relationship Management

: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service. Monitor and follow up on customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Support

: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotions to meet company targets. Track sales performance and report results to the Sales Manager.

Reporting and Documentation

: Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis. Maintain and update customer databases to ensure up-to-date information.

Collaboration with Other Departments

: Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and effective order processing. Support the finance team in the timely preparation of invoicing and credit management.

Market Knowledge and Trends

: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings. Contribute insights and suggestions to enhance sales strategies based on market feedback.

Qualifications

:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Experience

: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales coordination role, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.

Skills

: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong customer service orientation.
