Job Positions: Senior Roller (Steel Co.)Job Location: Abu DhabiRequirements & Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a steel manufacturing environment.Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field.Experience in Steel manufacturing Company is MandatoryStrong understanding of rolling mill operations and equipment.Proven leadership skills and ability to lead a team effectively.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Familiarity with compliance and risk managementTroubleshoot operational issues and perform basic repairs as needed.Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines to promote a safe work environment.Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.Skills Required
