Position Overview:
The PR & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and public relations campaigns that enhance our brand visibility and reputation in the Dubai market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local landscape and proven experience in managing successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective PR and marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Content Creation: Produce engaging content for press releases, marketing materials, and social media platforms in both Arabic and English.
• Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and influencers in Dubai and the wider UAE region.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR and marketing, preferably in Dubai.
• Proven track record of successful campaign management and brand building.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai market and local media landscape.
• Creative thinker with exceptional project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
