:This Role is a key leader responsible for overseeing the overall operations of a hotel, restaurant, or other hospitality establishment. They are tasked with managing various aspects of the business, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, staff management, and business development. This involves setting and achieving financial targets, ensuring high-quality service standards, managing costs and inventory, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining a positive work environment. This Role plays a crucial role in driving the success and reputation of the establishment within the competitive hospitality market. To ensure strategic goals are met by setting operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets, managing employees, and more.ABOUT THE FUNCTIONTo manage and coordinate the strategic and operational objectives for their hotel, ensuring they are achieved and / or surpassed within the agreed timescales, whilst also ensuring the successful delivery and continuous improvement of day-to-day operations in their hotel, including monitoring of brand standards, overall guest experience and all policies and procedures. The role holder will be responsible for the commercial success of the business, supporting and challenging the revenue and sales teams to reach room targets, to drive the food and beverage and SPA financial success and productivity, manage leasing's and ROI revenues as well as working with the marketing function to ensure successful and positive marketing campaigns and PR for the hotel To oversee the daily operations of a business segment, department, or stand-alone retail location. Responsibility to ensure strategic goals are met by setting operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets, managing employees, and more.Strategy & Operational Business Plans In conjunction with and as required by Executive Management, contribute to the formulation and implementation of the strategy for their hotel in line with Emaar's vision and mission. Ensure that strategy is translated into annual operational business plans for their hotel and that performance is monitored managed to ensure continuous improvement. Contribute to the leasing mix strategy to ensure the best mix is found to drive revenues and remain in-keeping with the Emaar Hospitality Group brand. Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) Oversee and ensure compliance to all relevant QHSE management policies, procedures and controls across their hotel to ensure that Emaar provides a safe, world-class, secure and environmentally responsible service to customers, the public and its own people. Ensure a key focus on quality and consistency is achieved across the business in every guest experience. Develop strategies, policies and methods to achieve a Quality Experience in keeping with the Brand Promise and focus upon continuous improvement in efficient and well established timescales. Manages all hotel inspections both qualitative and government led - LQA, DTCM, DM etc Operations Oversee and direct internal hotel teams to ensure the successful and efficient operations of the hotel, covering management of all departments (food & beverage, rooms, and engineering). Oversee front office operations, guest services and housekeeping operations to ensure high-quality guest experience is delivered, hotel revenues and occupancy rates are maximised, and brand standards are maintained. Oversee food and beverage (F&B) operations across the hotel to ensure the overall smooth and economical running of F&B operations. Oversee all maintenance and planning across the hotel to ensure full availability and serviceability of hotel facilities, including all repair work, preventative maintenance and reconstruction work, whilst minimising disruption for guests. Review opportunities to create operational efficiencies. Prepare daily financial and business report review for the hotel. DESIRED PROFILE (QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY)Minimum 10 years of hospitality operations experience in similar or managerial roles. Strong comprehension of hospitality and accounting systems. Advanced knowledge in finance and cost control, to ensure protection of business asset.
