To manage and coordinate the strategic and operational objectives for their hotel, ensuring they are achieved and / or surpassed within the agreed timescales, whilst also ensuring the successful delivery and continuous improvement of day-to-day operations in their hotel, including monitoring of brand standards, overall guest experience and all policies and procedures.
The role holder will be responsible for the commercial success of the business, supporting and challenging the revenue and sales teams to reach room targets, to drive the food and beverage and SPA financial success and productivity, manage leasing\'s and ROI revenues as well as working with the marketing function to ensure successful and positive marketing campaigns and PR for the hotel.
