Minimum 10 - 15 years\' experience in Hospitality industry.
Minimum 7 years\' in progressively more responsible F&B Production roles / similar experience in a 5-star hospitality industry.
Minimum of Degree or Diploma in Culinary / Hotel and Tourism Management.
Proven multi-disciplinary experience.
Expert F&B Production knowledge.
