Additionally, senior marketing managers may oversee digital marketing efforts, manage advertising and public relations initiatives, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach. They are also responsible for analyzing marketing data and adjusting strategies to meet business objectives.ABOUT THE FUNCTIONTo lead all Marketing efforts for the Individual Business Unit of Emaar Hospitality Group, as part of the overall business, marketing and brand strategy. The overall responsibility includes the development and deployment of the Marketing, Digital, Public Relations and Social Media strategy and its associated activations in accordance with company and brand specific guidelines, processes and policies, with the aim to maximise share of voice, performance across all IBU Marketing metrics, as well as customer acquisition, engagement, retention and IBU awareness. This position will report to the Corporate Director of Marketing. This position will manage Address Downtown, Address Dubai Mall, Address Grand Creek Harbour, Palace Downtown and Palace Dubai Creek Harbour.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for all five hotels, aligning with overarching brand objectives and revenue targets.
Lead the creation and implementation of annual marketing plans for individual hotels, focusing on digital , brand marketing, loyalty programs, and other key areas, ensuring alignment with allocated budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust B2B and B2C strategies for each hotel segment, leveraging market insights and trends.
Drive the measurement and analysis of marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns, providing comprehensive performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Manage the rollout of marketing initiatives to support revenue targets, leveraging resources from Corporate Marketing, Digital Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, U by Emaar, Marketing Operations, and third-party distribution channels.
Ensure the effective execution of promotional activities across various channels, maintaining brand consistency and maximizing effectiveness.
Provide strategic marketing guidance and support to sales, F&B, and other relevant teams, meeting collateral requirements and optimizing synergies.
Champion the brand identity, ensuring adherence to brand standards, corporate guidelines, and budget constraints across all marketing activities.
Support and drive individual brand initiatives, overseeing the effective communication of hotel brand campaigns tailored to specific segments.
Lead and manage all social media activities for hotels, devising engagement strategies and ensuring impactful online presence.
Identify opportunities for loyalty programs and other incentive initiatives at the hotel level.
Cultivate local partnerships in coordination with the regional team, overseeing revenue-generating activities and enhancing market penetration.
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for hotels and their outlets, aiming to increase followership and enhance customer interaction using diverse tools and techniques.
Proactively engage and respond to customer feedback on social media platforms, addressing complaints and issues promptly and effectively.

DESIRED PROFILE
Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing campaign experience.
Strong communicator, strategic thinker, and proven record managing fully integrated marketing campaigns and brand activations.
A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional language is an asset.
Expertise in project management and a strong eye for detail and creative design.
Minimum qualification required diploma/bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing.
