What the job involves
Conduct comprehensive market research to understand current trends and changes in compensation, benefits, and policies across the market
Benchmark against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position. Assess jobs and respective duties to determine classification of grading and appropriate salary range
Evaluate and recommend adjustments to internal salary structures, bonuses, and other incentives based on market trends
Provide data-driven insights to inform decision making on compensation-related matters
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations related to compensation practices
Contribute to the development of HR analytics tools, through the creation of dashboards and other relevant information channels
Who we are looking for
Relevant experience in human resources with a focus on compensation, employee benefits, and rewards within the financial sector
CIPD/ SHRM/ Relevant qualification
Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel
Experience with business intelligence software, particularly PowerBI
