Being a core part of the Doctify team, and one of our primary customer facing representatives, excited by responsibility from day one.
Owning and developing our review compliance processes, helping our product team ensure our reviews are giving patients the best support.
Where queries arise, investigating reviews to ensure their accuracy and help our product teams create new processes moving forward.
Communicating with our customers and patients via support tickets, live chat and social media.
Testing for software bugs and logging software bugs on-behalf of customers.
Updating the help content built in Doctify and writing new content as we continue to launch new features.
Gathering customer feedback about their experience with Doctify and sharing your knowledge with the Product team.
About You
You will have 4+ years\' experience in SaaS customer support at a B2B software company.
You will have fluent English and Arabic, or German language skills (C2+ required).
You will enjoy and get satisfaction from helping people. Inbox-zero is hugely satisfying to you.
You will be enthusiastic about process building and creating digital efficiencies.
You will be comfortable with more technical elements of support software (e.g. Complex workflows, Intercom, Notion, Jira and some knowledge of APIs)
You will need to be able to convey complex and new ideas in writing. This role involved communicating complicated ideas in a simple way to customers and patients.
