Job Summary :

We're seeking an experienced Retail Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales, increase brand visibility, and enhance customer engagement for our home appliances/mobile products in retail channels.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop Retail Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to achieve sales targets, promote new products, and increase brand awareness in retail channels.

Visual Merchandising: Design and implement visually appealing in-store displays, window displays, and point-of-sale materials to showcase products and promote brand image.

Retailer Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, negotiate promotions, and ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives.

Promotions and Events: Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and demonstrations to drive sales, increase foot traffic, and engage customers.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze customer behavior, and provide insights to inform retail marketing strategies.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and brand teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in the home appliances or mobile or IT accessories industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful retail marketing strategies and promotional activities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and provide insights.
• Willingness to travel across our branches across UAE to engage with the Sales team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
