PlanetEco s operations are mainly through our retail network of 8 showrooms and branches from where our customers are serviced . Our customer base predominantly is B2B and consists of carpentry companies , Individual carpenters , interior D\xc3\xa9cor companies , exhibition companies , contracting companies ,traders African and other export customers ,etc . We have dealership in many products like Paints , Gypsum Boards , Cement Boards , Hardware etc . We procure the best products from different parts of the globe to serve our customers . PlanetEco has ambitious plans to grow exponentially and be the No. 1 building materials retail company in the UAE in the short term and in GCC in the medium term. We require senior business professionals to join in our vision and help us achieve our goals . The role we are looking is for a Senior Retail Business Manager with qualifications as mentioned below , 1. With proven experience in developing business in the B2B segment in the retail industry preferably within the building materials , home improvement , decore and hardware category . 2. Should be having retail experience , with hands on experience in management and development of retail business . 3. Should be creative and be able to identify new retail opportunities , prepare business plans and implement them to make a viable retail network . 4. Organize and implement sales promotions , loyalty programs , various customer segment meets . 5. Must be proficient to establish customer service programs to ensure repeat customers , deal with customer queries complaints and feedback from customers and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction 6. Preferably have excellent knowledge of different segments within the B2B market for building materials decore and hardware 7. Ability to analyse sales figures , forecast future sales and decide on course of action . 8. Ability to identify new products and categories , do the feasibility studies and introduce the same in the business . 9. Maintain awareness of market trends and monitor competition. 10. Ensuring the profitability of the retail business and the categories they are responsible for . 11. Should be able to guide senior sales and marketing team for achieving the goals . 12. Should be preferably an MBA or a post graduate in marketing with knowledge of the latest management techniques and principles . Job Type: Full-time
