Ensure all damage to the finish interior/exterior surfaces will be assessed and restored in accordance with laid down procedures.In this role; you will:Maintain a safe and clean working environment in order to minimize safety hazards. Through the correct use of the approved paint products and ensuring the work area is kept safe and clean.Ensure all required tooling and consumable spares are available to carry out the restoration. Where tooling and spares are unavailable, should notify the manager on shift to procure the same.Conduct routine preparation and polishing, whenever delegated by supervisor without supervision.Aircraft Appearance Centre:Carry out paint work relating to the preparation, painting and finishing of panels, structures and components removed from the aircraft in accordance with the approved process and documentation.Prepare the coating system for the paint technicians, making them ready to use when required.
