Job Description

:

To oversee the construction of high-rise residential towers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, construction management, and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

- Conduct regular site inspections and provide detailed reports on project progress.

- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with approved plans and specifications.

- Manage project budgets and schedules, and provide regular updates to senior management.

- Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, permits, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

- Minimum of [10] years of experience in construction management in UAE, with a focus on high-rise residential projects.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
