Senior Resident Engineer
Job Description
We are hiring Senior Resident Engineer.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Construction Supervision is required, Project Management record is an addition.
• Experience in Towers & Highrise buildings in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) is mandatory (min 5 years)
• Strong understanding of Engineering principles and construction techniques.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the day to day construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations and project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and keep the project on track.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure work meets established standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders and invoices.
