Job Overview

The

Senior Reservation Manager

will oversee the reservations department, ensuring efficient booking processes, maximizing occupancy rates, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of reservation systems and hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the reservations team, ensuring seamless booking experiences for all guests. Develop and implement effective reservation strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue. Oversee training, performance, and development of reservation agents to maintain high service standards. Monitor reservation trends, analyze data, and prepare regular reports on booking performance. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and front office teams to align reservation strategies with company goals. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex booking issues effectively. Ensure all reservation processes comply with company policies and industry standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, services, and promotions.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Senior Reservation Manager

Reservations Supervisor

, or similar role in the hospitality or travel industry. Proficiency in reservation software systems such as Opera, IDS, or similar platforms. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide employees. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting. Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
