We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Analyst to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for real estate research and a strong analytical mindset. As a Senior Research Analyst, you will play a key role in providing strategic insights and market intelligence to support a variety of real estate data projects and initiatives. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in supporting various departments by ensuring the production and delivery of high-quality research material that meets their specific needs. Key responsibilities:
Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research to generate valuable insights.
Build and maintain diverse datasets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Perform regular data audits to maintain the highest level of data quality.
Analyse proprietary and third-party real estate market data and intelligence.
Translate analysis and market knowledge into actionable insights.
Collaborate with team members to understand and address their research needs.
Develop and assist with the creation of reports, whitepapers, dashboards and presentations.
Contribute to RFP submissions and technical bid packages.
Participate in client meetings and prepare written market materials as required.
Present work product internally and externally when needed.
Contribute to analytical and thought leadership commentary for various publications.
Interact with other business departments and provide research support inquiries.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to provide timely and relevant research insights.
Monitor and stay informed about research capabilities of local market competition.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in real estate, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years experience in a real estate or market research role.
In-depth understanding of the local UAE real estate market (knowledge of the wider MENA region is highly advantageous).
Proven track record of project and staff management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
Ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently, meeting all deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive and comfortable working autonomously and/or in a small team, both remotely and in-person.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Intermediate experience with Tableau and data visualisation (preferred).
Intermediate programming skills with languages such as SQL, R, Python (would be a bonus).
