Job Purpose Identify and resolve the reliability issues of the assigned plant. Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Bad Actor (BA), and Reliability Analysis for reliability incidents. Job Context & Major Challenge(s) Contact within the various sections of the assigned asset to meet the expectations of the asset. Key Job Accountabilities - I Comply with Reliability programs and procedures such as QIS-Reliability incident management root cause failure analysis and Bad actor elimination process, and the section KPI's. Contribute to developing the training material for Reliability engineering staff to develop their capabilities. Contribute in the QG Reliability Engineering section Business Plan for preparing higher management yearly review and approval. Utilise the engineering resources and complying with reliability process and programs such as root cause failure analysis and bad actors' elimination process. Contribute to developing, recommending, and implementing policies and procedures consistent with business strategies and best practices as related to the section Key Job Accountabilities - II Participate in ensuring reliability, availability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, as required for the asset. Liaise with external engineering resources to analyse and proactively eliminate reliability problems that contribute to unscheduled downtime or limit throughput. Participate in Asset Leadership Technical (ALT) meetings, Engineering meetings and other required regular meetings. Provide input to Reliability Availability Maintainability (RAM) studies for new projects and Philip Towsend Associates (PTAI) benchmarking studies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Knowledge and/or Experience 6 years' experience in an oil and gas environment.
