Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team in the digital consulting and solutions sector. This role is pivotal in fostering strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of our digital solutions. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their needs and aligning our services to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities :
· Client Relationship Development:
o Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
o Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
· Strategic Planning and Consulting:
o Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
o Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with client goals and drive mutual growth.
· Business Growth and Development:
o Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
o Lead efforts to attract new clients through networking, industry events, and referrals.
· Project Oversight and Coordination:
o Work closely with project teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of digital solutions.
· Market Insights and Analysis:
o Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics.
o Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on market research and analysis.
· Team Leadership and Collaboration:
o Mentor and support junior relationship managers and team members.
o Foster a collaborative environment among internal teams to drive client success.
Requirements
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An MBA is preferred
· Experience :
o Minimum of 7 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or business development, preferably in digital consulting or technology services.
o Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving business growth specially in public sector.
