We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.In this role, your key responsibilities include:
Enhance long-term relationship with customers through continuous review and improvement of customers use of products and services, including proactive communications, advocacy, and ongoing solicitation of feedback regarding products and services in order to build and maintain strong relationships with them Contribute to the development of new products and services, based on customer feedback in order to continuously enhance and meet customer needs
Maintain a strong working knowledge of client portfolios/products with the company and execute the sales activity planning, including reviewing existing customer files to identify sales opportunities in order to provide informed advice and inputs and drive cross-sell, upsell and retention
Deliver the financial target agreed with the business head through conducting the day-to-day activities as assigned in order to ensure overall Unit objectives and goals are met
Manage self and team in line with ADCBs people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance
Organise and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems
Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders
Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the Banks standards
Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Banks required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions
SkillsThe ideal candidate should have the following experience
At least 7 years of relationship management experience in Banking/financial services industry
Bachelors Degree in Business Management or Finance
In depth knowledge of global financial markets and trends
Understanding of wealth management products and services * Strong negotiation skills
Strong decision making skills and the ability to take the lead
Good numeracy skills

Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 26,500 - AED 39,500 per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
