The role, at a glance:Biamp is a leading manufacturer of professional electronics for use in the installed audio and video market based in Portland, Oregon, USA. Biamp is currently recruiting for a Senior Regional Sales Manager. This is a remote (work from home) position is based in Dubai, UAE with sales responsibilities in the Middle East.How you\'ll contribute:
Managing all elements of the business relationship between Biamp and its regional partners, system integrators, end-users and consultants.
Maintaining and refining the go-to-market strategy.
Providing sales management and coaching for the local Dubai-based team.
Providing efficient and structured sales training for our partners, system integrators and consultants on all aspects of Biamps products including their functions, applications and solutions.
Giving sales and technical presentations directly to consultants and key end-users in the region.
Providing feedback from both technical and commercial customers in the region to Biamp.
Managing trade show booths both in the United States and in the assigned region, where appropriate.
Providing strategic sales and marketing plans reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Other duties as assigned by your manager.
A successful candidate should have:
Experience in the Middle East professional audio marketplace, including contact with key distributors, system integrators, end users and consultants in the region.
Ability to build long-term relationships with Biamps key stakeholders.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (Arabic language skills highly desirable).
3+ years of proven success in sales leadership and cross-departmental teamwork.
Ability to give both technical and sales presentations to any level of attendee, from C-Suite down.
Strong self-motivation to allow efficient work in a location remote from the companys headquarters.
Ability to adapt to different cultural environments. Prior experience working with US-based corporations is a plus.
Experience using a structured sales process.
Good computer skills, including working knowledge of the MS Office Suite (including CRM).
Good basic technical audio and video experience and knowledge.
Work environment:
This is a remote (work from home) position based in Dubai, UAE.
Extensive travel within the Middle East region, as well as 3-4 trips to the United States and Europe per year.
