We operate across various marketing including defence and security, aerospace and space, digital identity and security, and transport.Were recruiting for a Senior Recruiter, responsible for leading Talent Acquisition (TA) activities within the region, including the Middle East, Africa & Central Asia.Role OverviewReporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition UK & Nordics, you will be accountable for delivering TA activities across the region. This position requires strategic involvement in providing expert TA advice, providing decision-making support, and offering market intelligence and insight.As Senior Recruiter, you will handle a portfolio of requisitions and successfully fulfil critical business requisitions. The recruitment portfolio will be in line with the Global TA capacity and delivery modelling.The focus of the role will be towards building credible partnerships with the Business Line & HR Leaders respectively throughout the region. Business Partnering with CBU & Functional Leadership Teams and CBU HR Directors to drive continuous improvement in the Quality, Speed and Cost of Hiring.
Influence key stakeholders to align expectations to the external marketplace.
Business Partnering to support the TA function & incorporate upstream activities and potential resource needs at all times (critical programs + regular hiring activities).
Present analysis of key headcount trending for the senior requirements.
Provide market data and analysis to support annual long and medium term strategic business planning processes.
Own delivery of internal mobility targets and drive activity within the region.
Oversee the alignment of TA forward load with business forward load and agreed pipelining activity for senior recruitment.
Personally accountable for ensuring candidates (internal/external) are assessed in a consistent, repeatable and measurable manner at all times within set perimeter. Provide training as required to Hiring Community to ensure adoption of the Thales Assessment & Selection methodology.
Actively drive deployment of Thales Marketing material across key channels and build collaborative approach with the Communications function. Promote new EVP with key audiences & hiring communities. Ensure employer brand integrity is upheld at all times through active management of activities and adherence to Thales Brand Guidelines. Provide real-time feedback and recommendations to branding team to help promote development of specific campaigns that may be required for TA activities within set perimeter.

Drive consistency and process standardization across the set perimeter in alignment with the Thales Global TA Operating model.
Personally own and drive measureable improvements in key TA KPIs (such as Time to offer metric).
Support and assist with the deployment of all TA Evolution project activities.
Skills, experience and qualifications requiredExtensive background from the Talent Acquisition (In-House & Search) space ideally from a large multinational with experience in operating as a Senior Recruiter, preferably in a similar or adjacent market with relevant geographic working knowledge and skills.
Proficiency in TA systems such as Workday are highly desirable and working knowledge of Phenom is highly desirable.
Experience utilizing social media, employer review sites, and other platforms to enhance employer brand visibility.
Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in the Middle East.
Able to model desired behaviours in a corporate environment
Able to positively influence at all levels of an organization (up to VP & C level, and to develop valued relationships with Senior Executives, Managers and Candidates).
Strong analytic skills, fluent in the development and use of metrics.
Able to demonstrate positive stakeholder engagement across HR, Finance and Operations functions.
Strong Cultural awareness and ability to adapt approach across countries
Desirable
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree would be a plus.
Professional certifications in talent acquisition or human resources management are desirable.
HR experience in a number of different companies/business cultures.
Consultancy experience that enables the role holder to utilize models and metrics effectively to drive performance.
Experience of the Engineering and Technology skills market from the Defence or Civil Aerospace, Naval, Security, or Rail sectors.
