You will play a pivotal role in attracting, acquiring, and onboarding top talent to fuel our continued growth and success Job Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand their specific talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Leverage a variety of sourcing techniques (e.g., online recruiting platforms, professional networks, social media) to identify and attract high-caliber candidates. Pre-screen and qualify candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural fit. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability and potential. Manage the entire candidate experience, from initial contact to offer stage, ensuring clear communication and timely updates. Lead the negotiation process to secure top talent with competitive compensation and benefits packages. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. Analyze recruitment data and identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Requirements: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a senior recruitment role Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent for challenging roles. Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
