In this role, you\'ll get to partner with project leaders to identify and attract the best engineering talent for our innovative and exciting projects.What You\'ll Be Doing:Delivering efficient and on-time recruitment services based on business need.Clearly communicates with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements and expectations.Maintains transparent and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.Fosters and sustains trusted connections with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.Cultivates a positive and professional relationship with potential candidates to elevate the overall candidate experience.Develops a deep understanding of the organization\'s culture, values, and work environment and infuses it in customized communications.Articulates the employee value proposition (EVP) to potential candidates and stays informed about industry trends, market conditions, and changes in the job market.Uses market insights to tailor recruitment strategies and stay competitive in attracting top talent.Quickly adapts to changes in the business environment, including shifts in hiring needs or organizational priorities.Embraces new technologies and methodologies to improve recruitment processes.Deliberately provides a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.Continuously seek feedback from candidates and use it to enhance the overall candidate experience.Collaborating on recruitment activities for large scale engineering programs.Clearly articulates the application of relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies related to area of responsibility, in an effort to guide hiring managers in making decisions, as the need arises.Developing and maintaining in-depth global talent pools that can be leveraged to ensure recruitment requirements are satisfied in a swift and efficient mannerSupport the recruitment team efforts throughout the region through targeted campaigns and advertising on social media, ensuring the target audience is engaged and our employer value proposition is accurately communicated.What Required Skills You\'ll Bring:Bachelor degree from a recognized University.Minimum of 7 years of full life cycle recruitingA dynamic mindset characterized by a strong drive to take initiative, think creatively and embrace challenges turning these into opportunities through a solution driven approach.Ability to effectively manage multiple prioritiesEffective English communication skills.Attention to detail and advanced organization skills.Experience in using advanced applicant tracking systems.Accomplished in developing stakeholder and candidate relationships.Strong team work and collaborative skillsUpholds the principles and values of the company and possess a high level of integrity.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle a variety of sensitive situations and confidential assignments.What Desired Skills You\'ll Bring:Experience in engineering and construction recruitment or closely related.Experience of working with advanced ATS systems, including Workday and Phenom.Vision for embracing technology and candidate identificationMinimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
