Reporting into the Head of HR you will work alongside another Recruiter to fill the vacancies they have within the MENA region. This will initially be a 6 month contract with the view to be permanent.
Advertise vacancies internally & externally.
Identify potential candidates by screening resumes.
Conduct first stage interviews with potential candidates to screen against the job descriptions of the role.
Shortlist candidates to line managers for next stage of the interview process.
Develop sourcing strategies for identifying new talent within the market.
Liaise with managers and candidates at all stages of the recruitment process.
Organise travel and hotel bookings for candidates who are travelling for face to face interviews from abroad.
Put together offer letters and submit to candidates.
Be involved in the on-boarding process for new starters.
Have at least 3 years of experience either in-house or within an agency.
Regional experience is required.
Experience managing a large number of vacancies at a time.
Experience working on positions at all levels.
