Reviewing the appropriateness of valuation methodologies and underlying assumptions
Performing market research on comparable transaction prices, rental rates, discount rates and yields
Conducting complex analysis on Excel and developing valuation models under the supervision of senior colleagues.
Reporting findings in a clear and concise manner, documenting review procedures performed and market evidence to support the conclusion on value
Qualifications and Education:
An in-depth understanding of the application of all 5 valuation methods
Completion of a Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate or equivalent
3 years\' experience in real estate valuations
Superior research and analytical skills.
Language Skills: Fluent in English. Multilingual/Arabic is a plus
Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) APC candidate - Valuation Pathway
