Primary Responsibilities:

• Qualifying the leads, providing consultation to potential clients, conducting property viewings, and Getting contracts signed on time to close the deal effectively, asking for referrals from clients.
• Providing the company with property listing and getting Contract A signed by sellers.
• Briefing the clients about the rules and regulations of DLD and Dubai.
• Making sure to comply with legal requirements and Company policies by interacting with the clients, finalizing Contracts, Closing deals and Agent agreements.
• Follow up with leads and update CRM on timely bases.
• Visit for briefing and viewing with clients by maintaining MOM.
• Shoot content with Marketing team.
• Minimum 5 to 10 year experience in Real Estate.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and entrepreneurial drive.
• Ability to thrive in a diverse environment, fostering teamwork and knowledge exchange.
• Positive demeanor with strong analytical and communication skills.

Bonus: 10,000 to 20,000 Monthly on target besides commission or salary of 5,000 to 6,000

• After meeting a target Sales and ensures the management skills, Candidate would be promoted to Sales Manager with extra perks.

As a sales or leasing consultant, your typical day will involve a balance between office tasks such as - canvassing and contract securing, and field activities like meeting owners and conducting viewings. You should possess a resilient mindset to thrive in this fast-paced market environment.
