Job Overview

We are seeking a professional Real Estate Property manager to serve as an intermediary between buyers and sellers or Developers. The ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge of local real estate markets to assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties while ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Role Description

This is a Full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Property Manager for Infinite Homes Real Estate, the Real Estate Property Manager

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Interface with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the buying or selling process.

Market Analysis: Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values and advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.

Property Listings: Create and maintain listings of available properties, including detailed descriptions and marketing materials.

Showings and Open Houses: Organize and conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers.

Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring fair and honest dealings.

Documentation: Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.

Networking: Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors, to assist clients.

Marketing: Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.

Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, including answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the transaction process.

Requirements

Licensing: Must have a valid real estate Broker license and be in good standing with the local Real Estate Regulations.

Experience: Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Sales property Manager, with a successful sales record.

Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate markets, legal requirements, and best practices in property transactions.

Qualifications & Skills

Language: - English is a must - Arabic - Hindi - Russian - French - German - Italian will be an advantage.

1- Communications Skills: -

verbal Communication: Candidate must articulate their thoughts clearly and confidently, avoiding jargon that may confuse clients. This includes explaining complex concepts in an understandable manner.

Active Listening: This involves fully concentrating on what the client is saying, asking clarifying questions, and paraphrasing their concerns to ensure understanding. Active listening helps agents grasp client needs more accurately.

Nonverbal Communication: Body language, eye contact, and facial expressions play a significant role in how messages are received. Candidate should be aware of their nonverbal cues to foster trust and rapport

2- Interpersonal Skills: -

Relationship Building: Establishing trust and maintaining long-term relationships with clients can lead to repeat business and referrals. Candidate should focus on networking and nurturing these connections

Outgoing Personality: A friendly and approachable demeanour is essential for engaging with a diverse audience.

Presentation Skills: Presentable candidates should have the ability to present information clearly and attractively, using various media & CRM's software (e.g., Adobe, Excel, Word), is a must.

Adaptability: Flexibility to work in various environments/locations and adapt to different audiences and products.

Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiation is essential for securing favourable terms for clients. Candidate must balance assertiveness with the ability to compromise, ensuring that both parties feel satisfied with the outcome

Problem Solving Skills: Real estate transactions often encounter unexpected challenges. Candidates need to think creatively and remain flexible to find solutions that benefit their clients, demonstrating a commitment to their success

Empathy: Understanding and relating to a client's feelings and perspectives is vital. Empathy allows Candidate to better address client concerns and tailor their services to meet individual needs.

Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the local real estate market, including trends, pricing, and inventory, enables Candidates to provide informed advice to clients. This knowledge helps in making strategic decisions during negotiations and transactions

Customer Service Orientation: Providing exceptional service is crucial in real estate. Candidates should prioritize client satisfaction by being responsive, attentive, and proactive in addressing client needs throughout the buying or selling process
