Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Leasing Management:
• Manage residential, commercial, and industrial property sales and leasing activities.
• Develop strategies to promote properties, identify potential clients, and close deals.
• Provide clients with advice on market conditions, pricing, and the availability of properties in line with their needs.
• Tendering & Bidding Process:
• Lead and manage the tendering process for large real estate projects, including government and private sector tenders.
• Collaborate with the management and legal teams to prepare tender documents, proposals, and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with the relevant tender regulations, rules, and deadlines in the UAE real estate market.
• Negotiate terms and conditions related to the tender and contracts, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
• Monitor the tendering process, evaluate bids, and provide recommendations for approval.
• Client Relationship & Business Development:
• Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, investors, and developers.
• Conduct regular meetings with key clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Identify new business opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and promote the company's services and real estate portfolio.
• Contract Management & Negotiation:
• Review and negotiate the terms of contracts and agreements for sales and leasing transactions.
• Draft or assist in drafting contracts, ensuring all terms comply with local laws and regulations.
• Monitor and ensure that all parties adhere to the agreed terms.
• Market Research & Analysis:
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activity in the UAE real estate sector.
• Perform detailed market research and provide clients with data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct financial analysis to assess the potential for investments, ROI, and other critical metrics.
• Mentorship & Team Leadership:
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior agents and new hires in the team.
• Oversee the performance of other agents, ensuring sales targets and goals are achieved.
• Assist in the development and training of junior team members on tender processes and real estate market knowledge.
• Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge:
• Ensure all real estate transactions and tendering processes comply with UAE laws and regulations.
• Keep up-to-date with real estate legislation, policies, and changes in tendering rules and procedures.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of all sales, leasing transactions, and tendering activities.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, tenders submitted, and market analysis to senior management.
• Ensure timely submission of all tender documentation, proposals, and required paperwork.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional real estate certification (such as RERA for UAE) is highly preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate sales and leasing, with at least 3-4 years in a senior position.
• Proven experience in managing tendering processes for commercial or large-scale real estate projects.
• Experience with government and private sector tendering in the UAE is highly desirable.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and its tendering processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends, financial data, and tender submissions.
• Proficient in using real estate CRM software, Microsoft Office, and tendering platforms.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Languages:
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Other:
• UAE driver's license is preferred.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to real estate and tendering.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
