Your Mission:

• Lead Generation and Conversion: Qualify leads, consult potential clients, conduct property viewings, and close deals efficiently.
• Expand Inventory: Secure property listings and agreements with sellers.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to DLD and Dubai regulations, as well as company policies.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain active communication, address concerns, and nurture long-term relationships.
• Market Expertise: Stay updated on market trends and leverage your knowledge to provide expert advice.
• Collaboration: Partner with our marketing team to create engaging content that showcases your expertise.

Requirements:

• Proven Track Record: Minimum 5-10 years of real estate experience in Dubai.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-motivated with a passion for success.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment.
• Effective Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Location: Must be currently residing in Dubai.
• RERA Certification: Active and valid license is a must.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English. Proficiency in Russian, French, Persian, Chinese, Spanish, or Arabic is a major plus.
