Bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 10 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor Post Contract in Large projects
Proven experience in analyzing contract variations and claims
Experience in contracts engineering under construction supervision project is a must.
Must have a clear understanding of, and ability to work with, construction contract commercial documents, engineering drawings and specifications, and be qualified to be a QS team leader.
Working knowledge of software typically associated with quantity surveying and familiarity with typical project controls software
