Job Description

- Proven cost and commercial background - around 10 to 15 years\' experience.
- Must have studied Quantity Surveying in the UK.
- Must predominately have a predominately consultancy background.
- Must have recently worked on Aviation projects.
- Design and build project exposure is highly desirable.
- Capable of managing the full project lifecycle - initiation to close-out with an emphasis on pre-con.
- High level of professionalism, particularly managing client relationships and maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- MRICS chartership is REQUIRED.
- Available to start Q2 / Early Q3 early Q3 2024.
- Regional experience (GCC experinece) is not required though highly desired.
