Job Title : Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location : UAE, Dubai

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : AED 6,000 - 8,000 per month (all-inclusive)

experience : Minimum of 2-5 years

Key Area of Experience : Strong Experience in Measurements of Buildings and Infrastructure Projects

: We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Quantity Surveyor (QS) with a strong background in measuring buildings and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in accurately quantifying materials, labor, and other resources required for construction projects. As a QS, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial success and efficiency of our projects by meticulously analyzing costs and providing valuable insights to project management teams.

Responsibilities :

Takeoff quantities from architectural and engineering drawings for building and infrastructure projects.

Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BOQs) in accordance with industry standards.

Analyze and price tenders from subcontractors.

Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects.

Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction lifecycle.

Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.

Identify and manage project risks related to cost.

Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.

Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and relevant software programs (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, Quantity Surveying software).

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven track record of accuracy and efficiency in quantity takeoffs and BOQ preparation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and AutoCAD.
