Position Overview:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at CC7, you will play a pivotal role in managing project costs, ensuring budget compliance, and optimizing resources to deliver high-quality outcomes. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of local regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Management & Budgeting:
• Prepare detailed cost plans, budgets, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Contract Administration:
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC and local contractual standards.
• Valuation & Reporting:
• Conduct accurate valuations of work done and prepare interim payment applications.
• Produce detailed project financial reports, including cost-to-complete and profitability analysis.
• Risk Assessment & Value Engineering:
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Lead value engineering exercises to optimize project efficiency and cost savings.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to align financial objectives.
• Communicate with clients to ensure clarity and satisfaction on financial matters.

? Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in quantity surveying, with at least 5 years in the UAE .
• Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and UAE construction regulations.
• Proven experience in cost estimation, tender analysis, and procurement.
• Skills:
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
