Job Title : Senior Quantity Surveyor - High-Rise Construction

Location : Dubai

Employment Type : Full Time

Reports To : Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in high-rise construction projects .

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of cost management, contract administration, and procurement for large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, monitor, and update project budgets

Conduct detailed cost analysis and forecasting.

Review and prepare tender documents, bills of quantities (BoQs), and contracts.

Evaluate supplier and subcontractor bids, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.

Manage pre- and post-contract duties, including change orders and variations.

Collaborate with project teams, architects, and consultants to align budgets with designs and schedules.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong focus on high-rise construction projects.

Expertise in construction cost management software (e.g., CostX, Primavera, or similar).

Familiarity with FIDIC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
