Job Description

Thoroughly Measure and calculate material costs independently, utilizing expertise in joinery and fit-out industry standards.

Monitor and track project costs and budgets, providing regular updates to the project team.

Producing various documents including reports, budgets, analyses, and risk assessment. Recommending new strategies and improvements to Commercial Manager.

Working side by side with the Project Managers to maximize % margin and profit on site be that variations or change to the contract.

Participate in value engineering and cost optimization exercises to maximize project profitability.

Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to quantify, prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for interior Fit out projects.

Conduct site visits and collaborate with Project managers and Engineers to gather necessary data for accurate estimation.

Communicating and coordinating with Project Directors, Project Managers, Subcontractors and Clients.

Desired Candidate Profile : Bachelor's in Civil Engineering , Strong understanding of CAD software, Knowledgeable in joinery and fit-out production and installation procedures, Strategic planning skills with the ability to adjust priorities quickly. IMMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY
