They are seeking a Senior Quality Specialist to oversee the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS), ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, regulations, and the organisation's strategic objectives. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and maintaining the integrity of the organisation's operations and research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Quality Management: Design and implement quality management systems (QMS) and related procedures. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Analyze quality data to identify areas of improvement and lead quality enhancement projects. Oversee the effectiveness of quality assurance activities, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Risk Management: Develop and maintain risk management frameworks for clinical, research, and operational activities. Maintain a comprehensive risk register and update mitigation strategies regularly. Compliance & Legal Collaboration: Work closely with legal advisors on policy development, incident investigations, and regulatory audits. Ensure documentation adheres to legal standards and regulatory compliance. Address and resolve compliance issues, including preparation for external audits. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all quality and compliance-related activities. Present detailed quality metrics and compliance updates to senior leadership. Collaboration & Training: Partner with clinical and non-clinical teams to achieve organizational quality goals. Develop training programs to promote quality awareness and ensure adherence to standards. Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT to safeguard data security within quality processes. Implement quality management software to streamline operations. Performance Monitoring: Develop performance metrics to evaluate and improve quality initiatives. Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and assess project outcomes.

Governance & Compliance: Reporting Structure: Reports to the Executive Director for Non-Clinical Operations. Compliance Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, including UAE and international standards. Decision-Making Authority: Authority to lead quality improvement projects and recommend corrective actions for compliance issues.

Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 5 years in healthcare quality management; UAE experience is advantageous. Bachelors degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred. Expertise in QMS and risk management tools Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and healthcare regulations Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
